Hi, I'm Nate. I've been a pilot since 2001 and a flight instructor for over a decade. But when it came to flight simulation, I hit the same wall you probably have: using a mouse to run the G1000 felt clunky, frustrating, and nothing like the real thing.
I couldn't find an affordable alternative, so I built one. Piece by piece, I turned my garage experiments into fully functional avionics that connect seamlessly to Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Will this really make me a better pilot?
Yes. While this G1000 doesn't have quite the same feel with the knobs, everything is in the correct place. This helps you build muscle memory and understand the "button logic" so you can operate the G1000 without thinking in critical situations.
Plus anything physical is far easier to use than a mouse. You'll stay fully immersed in your flight and have a better experience overall.
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. Once you receive your unit, just install the software. That's it. Just plug it in and you're ready for takeoff!
Will this work with sim updates?
Yes, this will work across simulator updates and we'll let you know if we ever need to provide any software updates for your G1000.
What simulators does this G1000 work with?
This G1000 only works with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 / 2024. It does not work with x-plane or any other flight simulator.
Do I need MobiFlight or AirManager to make this work?
No, we have our own software that you can download and install in a couple of minutes. It will automatically run in the background when the simulator is running and your G1000 is plugged in. You don't need to configure anything, it just works!
